We don't accept money, valuable jewellery, weapons, flammable items, drugs or unprescribed medicines. Ask us before sending liquids, perfumes, batteries, food or electronics. The UK, Switzerland, Norway and Serbia are outside the EU: shipments need a customs declaration and the recipient may pay duties.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. When it leaves our shop we send you a photo of the box and the tracking number on WhatsApp.
Can I insure my box?
Yes, optionally: insurance costs 3% of the declared value, with a minimum of €3.
How and when do I pay?
You pay once we confirm the final price, by Bizum, bank transfer or card, or in the shop.
